Pitch numbers are allocated on the day of your arrival at random by a computer. However, you can select the Choose pitch option for a value of 30€ and thus, subject to availability, specify a pitch number or the wish to have accommodation side by side. Our teams, when they validate your booking, will confirm that this wish has been taken into account. In the event that your request cannot be completed, we will contact you and you can either withdraw this option or give other preferences for location.

Booking on the website enables you to book one stay at a time. However, you can select the option Choose location (cost: 30€) and state that you would like to be places next to a family staying on the same dates by providing their name or a specific plot number. When your booking is validated by our teams, you will receive an email confirming that your wishes have been taken into account. Where more than 5 groups of people wish to stay on the same dates, please contact our booking department on +33 (0) 4 11 32 90 00. Groups of students or unaccompanied minors are not accepted in our campsites.

All bookings taken over the telephone or on our website are validated within 48 hours by one of our receptionists at the campsite. When your booking is validated, you will receive an email summarising your stay and the receipt of the deposit payment (if you have made the payment). Please check your spam or junk mail folder because our confirmation including attachments is sometimes wrongly sent to these folders. Pets are accepted with a supplement (5.50€ per night per animal, with a maximum of 2) except at Cypsela Resort campsite where pets are not allowed. Category 1 and 2 dogs are not allowed on the campsites. An up-to-date vaccination booklet for each animal must be presented upon arrival. No, the maximum capacity for a pitch designed for tents, camper vans and caravans is 6 people (babies included). If you exceed this maximum capacity, you will have to book a second pitch with or without the Choose pitch option, if you want to be side by side.

Yes the ACSI card is accepted on all of our campsites depending on the dates. With this card, a pet goes free and you can benefit from a special rate for two adults + electricity. Find the tariff details for each campsite as well as applicable dates in your ACSI guide. To book, please contact +33 (0) 4 11 32 90 00 and mention that you have this card at the beginning of your booking.

Payment questions

When you book, you will be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the total for your stay except for the Cypsela Resort campsite (40% for rentals and 100€ for pitches). This deposit can be paid by debit or credit card online or over the telephone, cheque, ANCV holiday cheques, bank transfer or postal order. Payment by debit or credit card is the most popular option because it enables us to confirm the booking immediately and thus avoid any problems with availability. The balance for your booking must be paid at the latest one month before your arrival.

For payments with ANCV holiday cheques, postal orders or cheques, please make them payable to Groupe Sandaya, avenue Georges Frêche, 34830 Clapiers, France, whichever campsite you are staying at. For a bank transfer, please state your name and the campsite in the payment reference. Our bank details can be found in your booking confirmation letter.

We accept holiday cheques (ANCV) on all our campsites. Any other discount vouchers, gift vouchers (Kadéos, Cadoc, Illicado, cadocarte...), holiday gift sets (Smartbox, Wonderbox...) are not accepted on our campsites. As our campsites are not VACAF approved, they do not accept the Pass Famille, VACAF vouchers or AVS and AVF assistance.

Cancellation Insurance allows you, under certain conditions and when you request to change or cancel your booking, to be reimbursed with the fees you have paid (excluding the excess and insurance subscription). This insurance can be taken out 24 hours after payment of your deposit at the latest, and you will be invoiced 3€ inc. tax per night for a rental or 15€ inc. tax per holiday for a pitch. If you have not taken out cancellation insurance, the full amount paid will be lost, no reimbursement or transfer will be possible. Although it is not advisable for comfort reasons, we allow one small tent in front of the accommodation, solely if the maximum capacity is not exceeded. It is important to note that this tent can take the place of your vehicle, and therefore your vehicle will have to be parked outside the campsite. For example, in a 6/7 person cottage, as long as you do not exceed 7 people between the cottage and the tent, it is allowed without a supplement. Beyond the capacity of the accommodation it is prohibited, even with a supplement, and so you will have to hire an additional pitch.

Sandaya is a group of international campsites which has 8 4 and 5 star campsites in France and Spain. All of the campsites belong to Sandaya and a call centre in Montpellier in France centralises the calls about bookings.
