Le Pouliguen, the ideal holiday destination!

This summer, head for the Guérande peninsula where your Sandaya campsite is waiting to put together a fabulous holiday just for you, opposite the ocean waves. On your excursions to discover the area, you’re certain to come across the seaside resort of Le Pouliguen, nestling between the Bay of La Baule and Batz-sur-Mer. In addition to long afternoons on the beach come and explore its wild coast full of secret creeks and mysterious caves. It’s time to go adventuring!

Set up home in one of our cottages at the seaside or on a tree-shaded pitch in the midst of nature. Fancy simply lazing? Chill out in the campsite’s water park with its covered and heated swimming pool, whilst the kids enjoy all the fun entertainment of the free mini clubs. You prefer your water with a salty tang? Then head for the beach and a kitesurfing lesson with the family! Thirsting for adventure? Forget the car, here the bike is king! Get pedalling along the cycle tracks that follow the ocean shore and discover the innumerable gems of the Guérande peninsula.

Visit Le Pouliguen with the family

Whether you’re longing for an invigorating bathe, a spot of shellfish gathering or a delicious crêpe looking out over the ocean, all routes lead to Le Pouliguen. From the pretty marina that it shares with La Baule, stroll along the famous Le Pouliguen promenade, open to the ocean: stalls selling niniches, souvenir shops, merry-go-rounds, cafés... The promenade is always buzzing with life, simply go with the flow!

You’ve brought your swimsuit? Great, the pretty Le Nau beach, at the end of the Promenade, invites you to come bathing with the family. And there’s no shortage of other activities: sailing, beach volleyball, kayaking, SUP... and shellfish gathering at low tide!

On foot or by bike, head for the seaside resort of Le Pouliguen just a few minutes from your Sandaya campsite, ready for an unforgettable outing along its wild coast!
