From your Château des Marais campsite and its 16th century manor, you’ll be perfectly placed to free-wheel through the sublime landscapes of the Val de Loire. Take to the many cycle tracks along the river between Amboise, Blois, Beaugency and Orléans and prepare to be amazed by the Loire châteaux, perhaps the most precious stones in the crown of France’s exceptional heritage!

The campsite and its surroundings

In the heart of its tranquil, naturally green environment, the Château des Marais campsite welcomes you and the family for a journey back through time to the Renaissance. In the Val de Loire, the largest of the French Unesco world heritage sites, your excursions will be rich in picturesque villages, flower-filled gardens, vines that stretch as far as the eye can see and, of course, the sumptuous Loire châteaux. First stop: the Chambord estate, only 500m from your campsite!
