Camping The Loire Marathon in Saumur

Set your heading for Saumur in Centre-Val de Loire to compete in one of the 3 events of the Loire Marathon this summer! Seasoned runners will be able to test their endurance with that iconic race, the individual marathon, over a 42km route. Not quite up to that yet, why not put your name down for the semi-marathon, a race just half the length of the first? And finally, for those sportsmen and women equally at home on land and on water, there’s the combined canoe-running competition, an event for pairs!

And if the races are certain to test the athletes to their limits, they also offer them a well-deserved reward, the sublime scenery along the banks of the Loire, a Unesco world heritage site no less!
