Great holiday however to make my score a 10 the park is alittle tired and needs attention. Some staff speak little if any English atall. Bar needs more staff.

I was taken back on how dirty the site was. The pool was full of dirt, slides looked dirty and run down. The bar area needs a deep clean and tables and chairs wiped down after each customer. I felt very upset at how the older lifeguard was very in people's face and boarding rude. We were told the pool was open 20am to 7pm but we were swimming on the first night at 6.35pm and abruptly suddenly told the pool is closed out out now. Lots of families were confused but the staff did not seem to care just chased everyone out within minutes. I loved your site on our last visits but something changed it's like everyone is just not customer focused at all and don't want to be on site. We payed for a pitch with bathroom and at 6pm the 2nd night the hot water stopped working, we spoke to staff and the gentleman delivering fridges but no one came so we could not have hot water at all for the 2nd night or morning so it was very frustrating as no one could have a shower. Thoroughly enjoyed our visit even though we had to change from our motorhome at the last minute and booked a chalet instead. the facilities were very good and the lake really topped the list especially for our dog!! We used both the bar and restaurant and found both to be very good for both selection and service from the staff. Lovely stay . Reception girls really lovely and friendly and welcoming. Lovely pitch plenty room and nice and open and sunny . Everything on site clean and cared for.

End of season, quiet! Close to lake, premier pitch facilities good but a little run down! Pool and parks great for toddler.

We loved staying at Sandaya. Our son loved the pools and playgrounds, we felt so surrounded by nature in a peaceful and private camping spot near the lake. We even saw a deer and a red squirrel on the site. Magical!

Site did not live up to images and expectations. Dog poo on the pitch. Great toilet and shower facilities but very far from Premium pitches. Bar closed. No entertainment. Advised by other campers to avoid restaurant.

Excellent location, good staff and facilities, but let down significantly by multiple toilets out of order, electrical sockets broken and hanging loose exposing wires, a lack of options for food in the snack bar (only 50% of pizza or fries on 1 Sep) and insufficient staff for the restaurant, snack bar or bar. There was also a significant lack of activities available for kids and adults over weekend of 31 Aug and 1 Sep. All in all very disappointing for a Sandaya site, especially one so close to Paris. ... Great atmosphere and location. Excellent entertainment for children. Unfortunately the showers for the campsite were cold and the electricity on our pitch was not working.

We enjoyed the site and the facilities however the location was quite remote and for that reason we probably wouldn't stay again, although we would definitely try another Sandaya site.

I was very disappointed with the way the site was run. The bar was so slow that you could wait half an hour to get served. All they were interested in was getting you out as quickly as possible at 10.00. The showers were an absolute disgrace. In some the water just dribbled out and I never found one with hot water in it. I got fed up showering in cold water considering the Hugh amount I paid to be there. Such a shame as the site next to the lake and the wonderful buildings were let down by the staff. ... Read on
