Open your eyes and look up: the sky over Les Mathes in the Charente-Maritime will be more star-filled than usual on 14 July, the French national holiday. Once night has fallen, the traditional fireworks display will set the sky aglow with a thousand and one sparkling colours. From red and green to gold, you’ll be well and truly dazzled!
The light-and-sound show is usually followed by a concert to round the evening off in fine musical style, much to the delight of spectators of every age! Once back at your campsite, your night will then be filled with sweet sparkling dreams!
