Camping Vendée Gliss Event at Saint-Jean-de-Monts

From the white sand of its beach or the 400m of its landing stage, come with the family and watch the experts put on a show at the Vendée Gliss Event in Saint-Jean-de-Monts this summer! Throughout an entire weekend, both professionals and amateurs from the world of board sports will be taking part in a series of surfing and SUP challenges. Needless to say, their exploits never fail to delight the spectators who’ve come to enjoy the warmth of a Vendée summer. This year make it your turn to admire them from close quarters!

A total of 4 major events will have the board sports enthusiasts battling it out over the weekend: the Long Distance race, the Technical Races, the Race for the Ocean, where the entry fees are donated to an organisation working to protect the oceans, and finally the Wingfoil, a new sport that’s really taking off. At the same time, qualified instructors from the Saint-Jean-de-Monts Watersports Centre will be offering initial lessons, in order for everyone to be part of this major event.
