Camping Costa Brava
Experience a unique moment on land and sea
Discover the Costa Brava
From the altitude of the Pyrenees to the beaches of Tarragona, the Costa Brava extends over 250km mixing coves, fishing villages, beach resorts and large modern cities like Barcelona. This sunny coast with its wealth of biodiversity gives pride of place to its enormous beaches as well as its quiet coves. On land, you can walk through the wooded pathways of natural parks and get a breath of fresh air. It's time to go on holiday, and beaches, historic visits and Mediterranean ambiance are all on the schedule.
Known for its craggy coastline with beautiful coves as well as fantastic sandy beaches, the Costa Brava is one of the most beautiful coasts in the Mediterranean. Numerous fishing villages intersperse the region, such as Cadaquès, Roses and Aiguafreda... The proximity of the sea makes it a paradise for water sports, with over 30 centres for underwater diving, sailing schools, boat trips to the Medes Islands: there's something for everyone!
Bordered by the sea, the region enjoys a pleasant Mediterranean climate with hot summers and mild winters. Many summer events enable people to become immersed in the local atmosphere when visiting historic villages such as Pals or Begur. Magnificent panoramas of the Pyrenees and the whole coast can be seen from these medieval places.
The Costa Brava is also the place to be for gourmets. Discover its wines and local products accompanied by tapas, with pan con tomate with cheese and Iberian charcuterie. Visiting the many little fishing villages will enable you to taste delicious fish, platters of shellfish, crab and langoustines.
Visit the must-see sites on the Costa Brava including the Cap de Creus natural park, where wild nature stays protected. Enjoy some beautiful walks in the Albera Massif with its important cultural heritage and very diversified vegetation. The Gavarres Massif as well as the Blanes botanical gardens will also attract nature lovers.
