If you’re the sporty type and love swimming and running, come and take part in Ré SwimRun, a sports event held just minutes from your campsite on the Île de Ré! Whether you’re at a beginner, intermediate or expert level in these two disciplines, you’re invited to take up the challenge set against a breathtaking natural backdrop. Time to join the starting blocks!

Taking participants along beaches, through forests and across salt marshes via picturesque villages, the Ré SwimRun event promises a one-of-a-kind running and swimming adventure on the Île de Ré. Whatever your level, there are a number of races to encourage maximum participation and let competitors take on the challenge in pairs: 33 km (French championship), 30 km (“open”), 17 km (M format), 7 km (S format).

Apart from the races that will put you to the test, the event also features a party night with DJ, fireworks and food trucks, sure to please the whole family. The perfect way to let loose after all that effort!
