Cornouaille, the ideal holiday destination!

Less well-known than its British cousin, Brittany’s Cornouaille is a land of legends and tradition that captivates every visitor that sets foot on its soil. The beauty of its landscapes from the land to the sea, its rich history, its gentle way of life, its long sandy beaches plus its many other qualities, make this the ideal destination for a nature holiday with the family, your significant other or with friends

To explore this little slice of paradise, there’s nothing better than a Sandaya campsite set in the heart of these stunning surroundings, offering high-quality services and activities: heated water park, spa, free children’s clubs, a multisports ground and much more! At Sandaya, we take your camping holiday seriously!

Visit Cornouaille with the family

A family holiday in Cornouaille will be an opportunity to introduce your children to the natural wonders of Brittany. And you’ll be spoilt for choice! Take, for example, the Pointe du Raz headland with its land’s-end feel, the Glénan Islands and their turquoise waters, or the dunes of the windswept Bay of Audierne. You will see wonder after wonder, to the delight of the whole family.

As for activities, there’s plenty to keep your little bundles of energy occupied! With hiking, water sports or sandcastle-building on one of the (very) many family-friendly beaches in the Finistère, you can be sure of an action-packed, fun-filled schedule for an unforgettable holiday!

Visit Cornouaille as a couple

Take note - this next activity promises to be full of romance! What could be better than sharing an enchanted moment with your sweetheart during a cruise on the River Odet? From Bénodet all the way to Quimper, sail along the river and admire one stunning landscape after another.

For boardsport fans, Cornouaille is a well-known surfing and windsurfing spot. Grab your wetsuit and board, and head for La Torche  headland, ready to conquer the Atlantic Ocean and its waves. If you’d prefer to spend some time together exploring the natural surroundings, head for Crozon Peninsula, a real slice of paradise teeming with idyllic coves and neolithic treasures.

Do you know what’s special about Kerascoët and Kercanic? Both these villages have traditional thatched houses surrounded by standing stones that form their fences. Enjoy the other-worldly feel!
