Visit the Quiberon Peninsula with the family
Quiberon is a paradise for water sports: surfing, sailing, kitesurfing, kayaking, land yachting, and more. There’s something for everyone with its very own play area: in the calm waters of the bay or the wilder waters on the Atlantic side. One thing is sure: the call of the open sea will always win and everyone will delight in exploring the waters around Brittany.
There is no shortage of activities for youngsters inland: the horse-riding centre will be the destination for budding riders, while young cyclists will mount their trusty steeds of steel and take to the cycle paths, and young hikers will discover the beauty of Quiberon along the many paths dotted around the peninsula. At the end of the day, they will be all out of energy but their heads will be filled with many wonderful memories!
Visit the Quiberon Peninsula as a couple
Although it is small in size, the Quiberon Peninsula reserves many big and beautiful surprises for visitors, starting with its exceptional natural environment: wild and untamed to the west and more family-oriented and calm to the east. Thus, whatever lovebirds are looking for -hiking, cycling, gastronomy, thalassotherapy or relaxing at the seaside- Quiberon has something for all tastes!
Your stroll hand-in-hand with your other half by the seaside will lead you to Le Conguel headland. There, as you admire the exceptional surroundings, you will feel as if you are all alone in the world. An enchanting moment that you and your loved one are not likely to forget in a hurry...
Camping Presqu’île de Quiberon: our handy tips for a successful stay
One of the best ways to discover Quiberon is on foot! Slip on your shoes, prepare your rucksack and set out along the long-distance footpath that runs around the peninsula.
Be sure to visit the La Belle Iloise production workshops, a family company that makes canned fish. It will be the opportunity for you to bring home some delicious products made entirely in Brittany!

Don't be fooled by appearances: Château Turpault, a private property and the emblem of the island, was not built in the Middle Ages, but in 1904 by a wealthy industrialist!
