Discover the Gulf of Morbihan with the family
With the innumerable footpaths, profusion of watersports and a heritage often untouched since the days of the mediaeval knights, the Gulf of Morbihan is a veritable paradise for every child!
From your campsite, head for the Rhuys Peninsula, home to at least two treasures to discover with the family: the superb Landrezac beach, a 5km stretch of soft fine sand, and the majestic Château de Suscinio, where Anne de Bretagne once lived. During the summer holidays, entertainment and activities bring the castle to life and delight all the children. Learn to fire a crossbow, enjoy a nature walk or applaud the evening spectacle, the choice is yours!
Discover the Gulf of Morbihan as a couple
Considered one of the most beautiful landscapes in Brittany, the Gulf of Morbihan brims with romantic walks, fairy-tale views and authentic addresses to discover together, just the two of you.
If every island in the gulf is definitely worth a lingering visit, we would recommend concentrating on the sublime Île-aux-Moines, justly known as “the pearl of the Gulf”. With its wild creeks and woodlands, white-washed houses and flower-filled alleys, there’s no better way to explore this little corner of paradise than by bike. Once back on the mainland, treat yourselves to a little trip to Vannes and admire its harbour, ramparts and gardens!
