Camping Cap Ferret: our handy tips for a successful stay
On a sailing boat, motorboat or in a canoe, a tour of the Île aux oiseaux (bird island) is not to be missed. The island changes appearance depending on the tide but is magnificent at any time of day.
An idea for a romantic outing: spend a day at the Banc d’Arguin nature reserve, accessible only by boat. Bathe in the water and enjoy a picnic looking out towards the Dune du Pilat.
You simply can’t spend a holiday by the Atlantic without trying your hand at surfing, the region’s most popular sport. So get your board and attempt to conquer the waves like a real champion!
