And outside the site, your neighbours will be no less than the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Pont d' Arc and the Chauvet 2 cave.
Visit Pradons with the family
Our young campers' FAVOURITE activity is spending hours splashing around in the water! There’s no shortage of swimming spots in Pradons, in addition to the campsite's water park, with many beaches nearby dotted along the river. Once you have put on your swimming costumes, applied some sun cream to noses, and slipped some armbands onto the very youngest swimmers’ arms, it's time for non-stop fun in the water!
What else can you do with your family in the Ardèche? A bicycle ride of course! There are many routes to choose from, but our absolute favourite is the Via Ardèche, an old railway line that has been turned into a 25 km long greenway that runs between Vogüé and Grospierres. It guarantees the entire family a completely safe outing, so get on your bikes and discover the wonders of the Ardèche!
Visit Pradons as a couple
With the meanders of the River Ardèche laid out before them, lovers will find it hard to resist the temptation of a canoe outing in Pradons. In no time at all, they will find themselves paddling peacefully together down the Gorges de l'Ardèche in an extremely romantic natural setting. What more could you ask for?
Be sure to round off your romantic day in style at the water's edge. Make your way to the beach below the village, find a comfortable spot and let yourself be lulled by the by the babbling sound of the water as you admire the vivid colours of the sunset that light up the sky.

Interesting detail: from the village's beach, if you look up towards the cliff, you will see something surprising... a dovecote that has been built into the cliff!
Information for hikers: the Cirque de Gens is a hiking trail that overlooks the stunning Ardèche river and offers a breath-taking panoramic view.
Pradons lies at the heart of a wine-making region where grapevines are grown with great dedication to produce high-quality wines. Be sure to visit the wineries and decide for yourself. To be consumed in moderation!
