Learning about history is great, but actually stepping into the lives of prehistoric men and women through fun workshops is even better! Hunting, keeping warm and making all kinds of jewellery and pottery are just some of the activities available that will delight your little cave boys and girls. Who will be the best at hunting or the most creative? The family competition is open!
The fascinating journey back in time continues, but this time below ground with a visit to the Aven d'Orgnac cave, an exceptional natural site that will amaze the entire family. After walking down the 720 steps (!), you will be rewarded with the breath-taking view of stalactites and stalagmites, underground beauties produced by the flow of water over thousands of years.
