Visit Grospierres with the family
Forget the car: the best way to travel with your children from one Ardèche wonder to another is by bicycle! For a safe, enjoyable and scenic ride, take the Via Ardèche. This 22-km-long greenway starts in Grospierres and goes as far as Vogüé, offering a perfectly idyllic setting for a sporty family outing. The best thing? It’s completely flat!
The Ardèche’s treasures are also to be found underground! Take, for example, the Aven d’Orgnac cave which will send you and your clan on a fabulous voyage into the depths of the Earth. 120 metres below ground, you can admire the huge chambers adorned with stalactites and stalagmites – a dazzling natural display that will remain long in your hearts and memories.
